We have completed a number of projects on-time and on-budget. Some examples have been included below:
IT Infrastructure - We recently completed a $500,000 project for a client that required a solid Internet backbone in a remote location. We evaluated all possible options and were able to deliver a stable, redundant Internet connection to the client at a reduced cost.
Mobile Device Management - We recently completed a project where a client required all data on mobile devices be encrypted, secured and able to be sanitized remotely.
Cloud based RDS Server build - We recently completed a project where we built out a 5 server cloud-based RDS deployment on AWS, so users had more flexibility when it came to working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic.
GDPR Compliance - Completed for a law firm in Oakland, California. Had to deploy endpoint protection, encryption, forced TLS encryption for outgoing e-mail, create disaster recovery and business continuity plans, rollout cyber security awareness training, conduct phishing attacks.
Office 365 E-mail Migration - Moved 100 clients mailboxes from on-premise Exchange 2016 Server to Office 36g cloud-based e-mail. Completed project in one month with no downtime or data loss.
AWS Cloud Migration - Migrate 6 physical servers for a client to Amazon Web Services. This also included configuring site-site VPNs, configuring AWS networking, locking down firewalls and building an RDS server for flexible remote access.
Physical Server Overhaul - Moved client from 5 older Dell servers and 4 end of life Netapp SAN devices to 2 new Dell servers running VMWare with built-in redundancy and more efficient operations.
Document Management System Upgrade - Upgraded client from older version of Document Management System. Upgraded backend components such as application server and database. Also updated client facing applications with no downtime or major reported issues.
Meraki Network Deployments - We have deployed a wide range of wired and wireless Meraki networking solutions for clients. Our largest deployment was for approximately 600 users and involved tweaking the network for optimal wireless signal strength.
